Atlantic View Apartment

A warm welcome awaits you at the holiday apartment, with our complimentary Cornish cream tea and FREE WIFI. The apartment is set on a split level with only a couple of steps. It sleeps six comfortably between a double bedroom with sea views, a twin bedded room and a further spacious double bedroom. There is a sumptuous lounge and diner with panoramic views overlooking a 15th century manor house and views of the sea and Goose rock in Crantock bay. The hall then leads you up the steps to the separate toilet and adjacent is the shower room with shower and toilet.

At the rear of the holiday apartment is the breakfast room, furnished with a music system, where you could relax on the two seater settee and listen to music or read your holiday novel. The breakfast room opens into the well equipped kitchen with a rear door leading to a small enclosed area.

The apartment is entered by its large flagged area with brick built BBQ for disposable BBQ'S and patio furniture, with beautiful views of the Cornish coastline and the Gannel estuary. Across the hamlets green you will find the Bowgie Inn, which is ideal for nights out and dining. There is off road parking for two cars.

All prices are for the property per week and inclusive of VAT.

A deposit of £100 per week is required (non refundable if vacancy remains)

The outstanding balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
